Details and FAQs
-
What should I wear?
Cocktail attire is requested. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear cocktail dresses or dressy separates. Our wedding ceremony will take place outdoors on the grass, so please take that into consideration when selecting footwear.
We would to see our guests in attire that complements our chosen theme for the day (i.e. blue and green.) if possible.

Where should I stay?
Sedona has a myriad of options to choose from for your stay depending on your interests and budget. From hotels, cabins, or even an airbnb, you really can’t go wrong.
For your convenience, we have secured a block of rooms at a discounted rate at both the venue where the wedding events will be held, L’auberge de Sedona, and the adjacent sister property, Orchard Inn Sedona.
-
What will the weather be like?
With over 300 sunny days per year, we anticipate beautiful weather with average highs in the 70s-80s during the daytime, and lows around 50 each night.
If inclement weather is expected that weekend, we will update our guests with any changes in plans on our website.
-
Can I bring a guest?
We are hosting an intimate celebration with our closest loved ones. Because of limited venue space, we unfortunately can't accommodate plus-ones or children beyond those named on the wedding invitation. We appreciate your understanding. We hope you understand our decision and look forward to celebrating with you.
-
How do I RSVP?
All of the details for our wedding are listed on this website, including our RSVPs. Please respond and select your dinner preferences using the RSVP section of this website no later than March 1, 2025.
-
Can you accommodate my dietary restrictions?
We'll be serving by a sit-down dinner with a choice of vegetarian and non-vegetarian options during our reception.
Please be sure to note your meal preferences when you RSVP.
-
Where are you registered?
We are so thrilled that you are considering joining us for our special day. We have decided not to register anywhere, as your presence is truly enough. No gifts please.
-
Is a shuttle available to the venue?
Unfortunately not. Sedona is about 2 hours north of Phoenix, and 45 minutes south of Flagstaff.
For our guests traveling from near or far, we would recommend either renting a car or reserving shuttle service from the airport to the venue. While in town, ride share services are also available. Some recommendations are available under the Travel & Stay tab.
-
Will there be wedding weekend events planned?
We are so excited to be celebrating our nuptials with you all in such a beautiful location. You are welcome to explore all that Arizona has to offer on your own or as a part of official wedding weekend events that will be announced as we get closer to the date. Stay tuned!
-
Can I take photos at the wedding?
We are opting for an unplugged ceremony so that our guests can be in the moment with us and the professional photographers and videographers can capture the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens. We promise to share photos of our ceremony after the event with you all.
As soon as the ceremony concludes, feel free to take as many photos as you’d like for the remainder of the night. We look forward to seeing your amazing photos!
-
Can I share photos on social media?
Absolutely! We look forward to seeing all the pictures you took from our wedding day. Feel free to tag us or use our wedding hashtag #LosNaranjos2025.

How will I be notified of any changes?
All details for our wedding day will be posted here on our website. Wedding weekend events and any last minute changes to times or locations due to inclement weather will be posted online and will be updated as they occur.
